PRINT DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
Seacret Spa Services
Logo and Brand Development
Seacret Spa Services is a new spa that recently opened in the Arizona Golf Resort in Mesa, AZ. The new
spa uses exclusively Seacret Spa products. Although they used both the name and the products of
Seacret Spa, they wanted the new spa to have its own identity. The trick here was to design a logo and
brand that worked well with the Seacret Spa brand, but could also stand well on its own. My initial concept
for both the logo and brand was accepted immediately from the first proof.
WindResource
Logo and Brand Development
A Division of Polaris Telecom.
WindResource is a wind energy solutions company, but they wanted a logo that was broad enough to
represent other 'green' energy solutions as well. Other ideas included wind turbine, water and sun
graphics. It is hard harnessing the wind and it was doubly so for this logo design. You want to represent
wind but do so without turning the logo chaotic. You want the logo to represent a solid company, but not
so solid you don't get the feel of wind. A trend I am just noticing in my logos, but it works, is to combine a
standard serif or san serif font with a script or hand written font.

Home Energy Answers
Logo and Brand Development
In Partnership with Handyman Connection and Windows USA.
Home Energy Answers is a company started in response to the Green trend. Their focus is so Green
oriented they endeavor to do all their advertising on recycled media and use organic means to do so
whenever possible. I originally presented three designs for this logo, this one being my least favorite. As
per most designers, I included this design to flesh out my offering and to hopefully drive the client to chose
one of the logos I favored. As sometimes happens my machinations were to no avail. Luckily, I like this
logo even so. It actually turned out to be much more versatile than the others and was a very good choice
by the client.
